BGS was established in 2007 to provide support and services focused on improving performance and contributing to mission/business success for clients in the government sector. BGS was founded based on the belief that personnel with executive and management level experience in government service and as government contractors could deliver high quality support and services tailored to best meet the needs of each of our clients.


We begin with an understanding of the requirements and practices in the federal market. Our Management Consulting Services help clients to sharpen mission focus and improve performance through strategic planning and mission alignment, organizational alignment, process and performance improvement, mentoring, and training.

We deploy teams with the knowledge and experience to assess operations and management system to assure compliance, identify efficiencies and best practices, reduce cost, and improve performance.

We help government offices and government contractors with contract transition and contract management.
