Boston Government Services, LLC (BGS) was established in 2007 to provide management and technical services focused on improving performance and contributing to mission/business success for Government Programs and Offices, and Government Contractors. Our value to our clients derives from our understanding of the government environment, our personnel who have executive and senior level experience and expertise in government and the private sector, and our ability to tailor services and solutions for each client’s needs. We strive to improve mission focus and performance through strategic planning and organization development support that includes training and communication. Our personnel have the knowledge and experience to conduct operational efficiency and management system reviews that assure compliance, identify efficiencies and best practices, reduce cost, and improve performance. We provide support services across a range of technical areas (project management, engineering, safety, quality, environmental programs, safeguards and security, among others). We help government offices and government contractors with contract transition and contract management. We help businesses develop and deploy growth strategies for the government market and we support business development activities.
