Pearl Harbor Remembrance Day is observed annually on December 7 in honor of the thousands of Americans who were killed and even more who were injured when Japan carried out a surprise attack on Pearl Harbor in Hawaii on December 7, 1941 – a date which will live in infamy. This led to the United States declaring war on Japan and subsequently entering World War II. BGS proudly supports the Pearl Harbor Remembrance Day publication with the goal of helping to engage and educate future generations of Americans and honor the brave souls who defend America.
