Chief Financial Officer (CFO)
Kelly Peters serves as Chief Financial Officer at Enveniam and BGS, where she leads the company’s financial strategy and operations with a focus on sustainable growth and fiscal resilience.
With over twenty years of financial leadership experience, Kelly brings expertise in financial planning, capital management, regulatory compliance, and risk mitigation. Her career spans leadership roles where she managed complex accounting transformations, mergers, and compliance initiatives. Kelly’s experience includes extensive work with federal agencies such as the Department of Defense (DoD), Department of Energy (DOE), and NASA.
Kelly is known for her ability to build high-performing teams, foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement, and communicate complex financial matters with clarity and precision. In addition to her financial leadership, Kelly has provided oversight for human resources and contract administration functions, demonstrating a comprehensive approach to organizational management. She holds an MBA from East Tennessee State University, dual bachelor’s degrees in accounting and psychology from Emory & Henry College and is a licensed Certified Public Accountant.
